Hello Sir,

My name is a Don Beach.(279-70-1885) A man who had his VA benefits suspended after a stepbrother made deaththreats to kill my whole family. I also have family
members who work at the veteran affairs to make this even stranger. I had my benefits suspended by the cleveland office. My brother in law George Bates family is
from this area. I beleive I saw some family resemblence in the Pittsburg regional office. This man is married to Carla Beach who I also do not trust after making a
career of trying to get me in trouble. I also have made a Senate inquiry as well as a House Inquiry as to why the process is taking so long. This is also the same VA
under investigation by a House committe for slow processing of claims. Also my benefits were suspended while I was in another regional office in Togas VA Medical. I
wish I had the letter sent by Sharood Brown to Philadelphia Pension Managament center. He literally had to demand them to cut the check!!!LITERALLY Who's from
Philadelphia again. Anybody else work here we know????????????Br

2009 I'm in hawaii for the second time  when people start spooking the hell out of me. I get a fucdiciary finally appointed there and planned to study. This is when
the call came and i have to pack up.

ALSO REMEBER IM IN IDAHO NOW STAYING IN A ROOM. THIS IS THROUGH THE CITY OF BOISE OR SOMETHING:I am trying to be invisable literally. SO the lady in this facility
knows I get a pension and I fear she's trying to get power of attorney and leave quick. The check says go to texas and western union some BS. Notice all the paypal
and city and state gov emails in the coming letters. Workers compensation? Not to mention look out for the Insurance claim rep who is on the email with the
flowers.Looks like they were creating a vibe its too many to fight so just join the revolution or DIE. I never even paid attention to these emails because I was too
busy networking for my non-profit ideas. Networed to mike Shaw  about 2008 or so in a email as well. In 2004 we created the youth camping in ties initiative. Anyway
when I dont cash this check certain parts of the VA were determined to locate it.

But Carla and Huce still think its worth sending. Remember Huce beach the Third got the check out the Mail.  We saw the preliminary up to Moms heart attack. Doctors
in place . Now thiis is how we get Don Beach out the way. Look at the connections between M-80 after the heart attck people. Look at the Trip to Summit County with
100 dollars bail and the wrong phone card mailed now from a different light. ***************************************************************************

15 YEAR OLD GIRL, GETS SEVEN YEARS IN PRISON FOR PUSHING A TEACHER!!!

Creola Cotton (left) and Shaquanda Cotton
By Tracy Stokes, BET.com News Staff & Wire Services

Posted March 28, 2007 – In Paris, Texas, last year, a 14-year-old White girl burns down her family's home. Her punishment? Probation. In the same town three months
later, a 15-year-old Black girl, Shaquanda Cotton, is sentenced to seven years in prison for pushing a hall monitor at her high school.
Shaquanda had no prior arrests, and the monitor, a 58-year-old teacher's aide, was not hurt, according to Black leaders in the northeast Texas town of about 26,000
residents.  But in March 2006, the same judge, Lamar County Judge Chuck Superville, who let the White teenage girl go on probation, convicted Shaquanda of  "assault
on a public servant" and sent her to prison at least until she turns 21.
Officials at the Texas Youth Commission declined to discuss the case with BET.com, citing Texas law.
"State law forbids us from acknowledging whether we have any youths are in our system, despite the 50 million issues of print that's been run," said Jim Hurley, a
spokesman for the Texas Youth Commission. "We'd have to break the law to talk about it."
Civil Rights Uproar
While the U.S. Department of Education is investigating the incident, the case has civil rights groups in an uproar.
"I don't understand the judge's rationale for his decision," Dr. Howard Anderson, president of the San Antonio Branch of the NAACP, told BET.com.
In highlighting what he called an egregious miscarriage of justice in a town with a long history of civil rights abuses, Anderson pointed to the case of the 14-
year-old convicted arson (whose name was not released because of her age), who was slapped with probation, and the case of a 19-year-old White man in Paris,
convicted of killing a 54-year-old Black woman and her 3-year-old grandson with his truck. The latter, he said, was also sentenced to probation and told to send the
family a Christmas card every year.
"Then you have Shaquanda's case," Anderson said. "She pushed a hall monitor, and she gets seven years confinement? If I look at all three of these sentences, and I'm
not a lawyer, I have to wonder what the judicial system is doing.  In this particular case, what is this judge doing?"
Gary Bledsoe, an Austin attorney who heads the state NAACP branch, told BET.com that Shaquanda was merely trying to defend herself.
"All she (Shaquanda) did was grab the aide to prevent a strike," Bledsoe said.  "It's like they are sending a signal to Black folks in Paris that you stay in your
place in this community, in the shadows, intimidated."
Sad History
And keeping Blacks in their place is nothing new in Paris, say leaders, who remind that it's the site of the first highly publicized lynching of a Black by a large
White mob. In 1893, fugitive Henry White was captured in Arkansas and brought to Paris, where he was tortured and burned alive on a train bed as more than 10,000
angry townsfolk cheered and jeered.
Activists say that the Shaquanda sentence is nothing more than a modern-day lynching.
Cotton has been incarcerated at a youth prison in Brownwood, Texas, for the last year on a sentence that could run until her 21st birthday. But like many of the
other youths in the system, she is eligible to earn early release if she achieves certain social, behavioral and educational milestones while in prison.
But according to The Chicago Tribune, officials at the Ron Jackson Correctional Complex repeatedly have extended Shaquanda's sentence because she refuses to admit
guilt and because she reportedly was found with contraband in her cell – an extra pair of socks.
"She's not admitting any guilt, because she doesn't feel that she did anything," Anderson told BET.com. "Not to mention, who saw the pushing, if it did occur?"
Cotton's mother, Creola, who Anderson describes as "strong-willed," said her daughter was singled out because she accused the school district of racism on several
occasions.
In fact, 12 discrimination complaints have been filed against the Paris Independent School District in recent years. District officials dispute the charges, but the
U.S. Department of Education, which is still investigating the case, has reportedly asked the U.S. Department of Justice to get involved.
In 1998, Paris, Texas, was named the "Best Small Town in Texas" by Kevin Heubusch in his book The New Rating Guide to Life in America's Small Cities.

90# on your telephone
I dialed '0' and asked the operator who confirmed that

this was correct so please pass it on...
(l also checked out Snopes.com..this is true, and also

applies to cell phones!)
PASS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW
I received a telephone call last evening from an

individual identifying himself as an AT&T Service

Technician (could also be Telus) who was conducting

a test on the telephone lines. He stated that to
complete the test I should touch nine(9), zero(0), the

pound sign (#), and then hang up.

Luckily, I was suspicious and refused.
Upon contacting the telephone company, I was

informed that by pushing 90#, you give the requesting

individual full access to your telephone line, which

enables them to place long distance calls billed to
your home phone number.
I was further informed that this scam has been

originating from many local jails/prisons
DO NOT press 90# for ANYONE.
The GTE Security Department requested that I share

this information with EVERYONE I KNOW.
After checking with Verizon they also said it was true,

so do not dial 90# for anyone !!!!! PLEASE HIT THAT

FORWARD BUTTON AND PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE

YOU KNOW!!!

http://www.crimezzz.net/serialkillers/H/HICKS_james.php

On November 1, 2000, Maine's Penobscot County grand jury formally charged confessed killer James Hicks, 49, with the murders of Jerilyn Towers and Lynn Willette.
Hicks served six years of a 10-year prison sentence for killing his first wife, 23-year-old Jennie Hicks, who disappeared from the couple's Carmel home in 1977.
Hicks was not arrested for her murder until 1983 and was convicted in 1984. Before his arrest, Towers, 34, of Newport, disappeared after leaving a Newport bar with
Hicks. In fact the police investigation into Towers' disappearance prompted the re-examination Jennie Hicks' disappearance and subsequently the charging Hicks with
her murder. At the time he was not charged with Towers' death because police lacked adequate evidence.
After his release from prison in 1990, Hicks met 40-year-old Willette of Orrington with whom he worked at the Twin City Motel in Brewer. The two eventually lived
together at a South Main Street apartment where Hicks now claims he killed Willette on May 26, 1996. Though also suspected in her dissapearence, Hicks was never
charged with her death because of lack of evidence. That is until he was handed a 55-year sentence in Lubbock, Texas, and confessed to the three killings and led
authorities to their bodies.
Hicks was convicted in Texas of holding a gun to the head of a 67-year-old woman, forcing here to write a check to him and sign over the title to her car, and then
write a suicide note. He planned to drug and drown the woman to make it look like a suicide, but she somehow managed to escaped. When he was convicted to 55 years in
prison Hicks asked to cut a deal with authorities in Maine whereby he agreed to direct them to the bodies of the three missing in exchange for serving his time in
Maine instead of Texas.
Back in Maine Hicks located the remains of his three victims after two days of digging around his former home in Etna and at several roadside sites in Aroostook
County, Maine. The remains of his former wife and Towers were found 100 fett appart next to the home where he grew up. Willette's remains were found in concrete
buckets buried next to the road in Aroostook County. Apparently all the bodies were dismembered and some parts he allegedly tossed in a nearby river.

>>>MY SON
>>>
>>>This is great, take a moment to read it, it will make your day!
>>>
>>>The ending will surprise you.
>>>
>>>Take my Son
>>>
>>>A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They
>>>had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They
>>>would often sit together and admire the great works of art.
>>>
>>>When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was
>>>very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier.
>>>The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.
>>>
>>>About a month later, just before Christmas, there was a knock at
>>>the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in
>>>his hands.
>>>
>>>He said, "Sir, you don't know me, but I am the soldier for whom
>>>your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was
>>>carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he
>>>died instantly. He often talked about you, and your love for art."
>>>The young man held out this package. "I know this isn't much.. I'm
>>>not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted
>>>you to have this."
>>>
>>>The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son,
>>>painted by the young man. He stared in awe at the way the soldier
>>>had captured the personality of his son in the painting. The
>>>father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with
>>>tears. He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the
>>>picture.. "Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for
>>>me. It's a gift."
>>>
>>>The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors
>>>came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son
>>>before he showed them any of the other great works he had
>>>collected.
>>>
>>>The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction
>>>of his paintings. Many influential people gathered, excited over
>>>seeing the great paintings and having an opportunity to purchase
>>>one for their collection.
>>>
>>>On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer
>>>pounded his gavel. "We will start the bidding with this picture of
>>>the son.. Who will bid for this picture?"
>>>
>>>There was silence.
>>>
>>>Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, "We want to see the
>>>famous paintings.. Skip this one."
>>>
>>>But the auctioneer persisted. "Will somebody bid for this
>>>painting. Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?"
>>>
>>>Another voice angrily. "We didn't come to see this painting. We
>>>came to see the Van Goghs, the Rembrandts. Get on with the real
>>>bids!"
>>>
>>>But still the auctioneer continued. "The son! The son! Who'll take
>>>the son?"
>>>
>>>Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the
>>>longtime gardener of the man and his son. "I'll give $10 for the
>>>painting." Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.
>>>
>>>"We have $10, who will bid $20?"
>>>
>>>"Give it to him for $10. Let's see the masters."
>>>
>>>"$10 is the bid, won't someone bid $20?"
>>>
>>>The crowd was becoming angry. They didn't want the picture of the
>>>son.
>>>
>>>They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.
>>>
>>>The auctioneer pounded the gavel. "Going once, twice, SOLD for
>>>$10!"
>>>
>>>A man sitting on the second row shouted, "Now let's get on with
>>>the collection!"
>>>
>>>The auctioneer laid down his gavel. "I'm sorry, the auction is
>>>over."
>>>
>>>"What about the paintings?"
>>>
>>>"I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told
>>>of a secret stipulation in the will. I was not allowed to reveal
>>>that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son
>>>would be auctioned. Whoever bought that painting would inherit the
>>>entire estate, including the paintings.
>>>
>>>The man who took the son gets everything!"
>>>
>>>God gave His son 2,000 years ago to die on the cross. Much like
>>>the auctioneer, His message today is: "The son, the son, who'll
>>>take the son?"
>>>
>>>Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything.
>>>
>>>FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, WHO SO
>>>EVER BELIEVETH, SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE...THAT'S LOVE
>>>
>>>Please send this to ten people and back to the one who sent it to
>>>you.
>>>
>>>Do whatever you like, but remember that maybe "one" of the people

A fire fighter is working on the engine outside the station when he notices a little girl next door in a little red wagon with little ladders hung off the sides and
a garden hose tightly coiled in the middle.  The girl is wearing a fire fighter's helmet. The wagon is being pulled by her dog and her cat.

The fire fighter walked over to take a closer look. "That sure is a nice fire truck," the fire fighter says with admiration.

"Thanks" the girl says.

The
firefighter looks a little closer and notices the girl has tied the wagon to her dog's collar and to the cat's testicles.
"Little Partner", the fire fighter says, "I don't want to tell you
how to run your rig, but if you were to tie that rope around the cat's collar too, I think you could go faster."
The little girl replies thoughtfully, "You're probably right, but then I wouldn't have a siren."

Carla,  I may have sent this to you already, if so, forgive my addled brain.  I can't remember who was on my list.  But I have to volley one back to you since I just
received the Alphabet you sent.  Most important, however, was the news that "things are getting better".....  YEAH!!!!!   We're praying for you and know when you
hand in and work hard like you are, it is inevitable that you will  be blessed.
Love you.

PRE-SCHOOL TEST

Pre-school children were asked the following question:
"In which direction is the bus pictured below traveling?"

Look carefully at the picture.
Do you know the answer?
(The only possible answers are "left" or "right.")

Think about it

Still don't know?

Okay, I'll tell you.

The pre-schooler's all answered "left."
When asked, "Why do you think the bus is traveling in the left direction?"
they answered:
"Because you can't see the door."

How  do  you  feel  now  ???

I know, me too.

Have a GREAT Week!

Subject: Driving tip that could save your life

NEVER KNEW THIS BEFORE...

I wonder how many people know about this? A 36 year old female had an accident several weeks ago and Totaled her car. A resident of Kilgore , Texas she was traveling
between Gladewater & Kilgore. It was raining, though not excessively, when her car suddenly began to hydro-plane and literally flew through the air. She was not
seriously injured but very stunned at the sudden occurrence!

When she explained to the highway patrolman what had happened he told her something that every driver should know - NEVER DRIVE IN THE RAIN WITH YOUR CRUISE CONTROL
ON. She thought she was being cautious by setting the cruise control and maintaining a safe consistent speed in the rain.

But the highway patrolman told her that if the cruise control is on when your car begins to hydro-plane and your tires lose contact with the pavement, your car will
accelerate to a higher rate of speed making you take off like an airplane. She told the patrolman that was exactly what had occurred.

The patrolman said this warning should be listed, on the driver's seat sun-visor - NEVER USE THE CRUISE CONTROL WHEN THE PAVEMENT IS WET OR ICY, along with the
airbag warning. We tell our teenagers to set the cruise control and drive a safe speed - but we don't tell them to use the cruise control only when the pavement is
dry.

The only person the accident victim found, who knew this (besides the patrolman), was a man who had had a similar accident, totaled his car and sustained severe
injuries.

If you send this to 15 people and only one of them doesn't know about this, then it was all worth it. You might have saved a life.

NOTE: Some vehicles (like the Toyota Sienna Limited XLE) will not allow you to set the cruise control when the windshield wipers are on.

  9. After carla bates passing which also needs to be recorded here as well as the chaos that occured prior to her her funeral. But I digress we are still not done here it seems....TODAY! Huce Beach III calls the Barberton Police after snapping at me for leaving the water on. The man turns the water knob on his toilet to keep his bill low. He has not used the toilet since arriving home yesterday. I have a video as well of this beautiful bean footage on 560 Credmore Barberton Ohio. But also George Bates made gestures and threats to my mother at the hospice prior to Carlas death. Today Huce has tryed to put me in a predicament again prior to leaving Akron to start my nonprofit company. Thank God the area of Virginia or NY I will reside in famous for intercepting giant conspiracy emails like this. Im still flabbergasted that emails concerning a scam check were fowarded to Akron.gov websites and news channel 5 cleveland LORAIN.They only needed to address the department of corrections email and they would of went unoticed. Not always a good idea to conspire against veterans. I rest my case! Godbless!
